Kaye Validator
Meet the Kaye Validator 2000
Ideal for wired thermal validation requirements
The original thermal validator of choice is Kaye Validator 2000! This is a standalone thermal validation solution specifically designed to conform with FDA data protection guidelines (21 CFR Part 11) and meet international and European cGMP requirements for inspection of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device (EN285, EN554) manufacturing.
The Validator 2000 simplifies the entire validation process by reducing setup time and minimizing sensor handling, automating sensor calibration, neatly organizing study data and generating regulatory required reports. key features include;
- Meets FDA guidelines for protecting electronic data (21 CFR Part 11)
- Prevents unauthorized access via user ID and password for critical operations
- Creates secure results using files that cannot be used if tampered with
- Creates printed or spreadsheet reports from a single protected file.
- Creates a comprehensive audit trail of all actions affecting user data.
- Supplied power cable and SIMs
A rental solution for wired thermal validation equipment
Rental solutions for the Validator 2000 however are an ideal choice for increasing the capacity for thermal validation projects through one-time or repeat rentals of thermal validation equipment.
The all-new Kaye AVS system is now paving the way for the new era of thermal validation, however many still utilise the Kaye Validator 2000 system. Withnell Sensors manages an extensive fleet of Kaye Validators for rental projects. We have rental solutions starting at just a one-week minimum rental period.
If you are looking to purchase a new system, check out the Kaye AVS which provides a completely new and upgraded validation concept! The AVS is the next stage of evolution in thermal validation and the successor to the Kaye Validator 2000.
