Kaye equipment is ideal for validation and calibration is provided at Withnell Sensors!
Kaye Instruments provides the highest standard in regulatory compliance when it comes to thermal validation equipment. Their two validation systems, the original Validator 2000 and the superseding AVS offer a GMP-compliant approach to monitoring and documenting temperature sensitive products.
Our team of skilled engineers have over a decade of experience working with Kaye equipment for validation and calibration. We appreciate that some of our customers have a requirement to have their calibration performed on-site. Regardless of whether you choose an onsite calibration or a calibration completed at our state-of-the-art laboratory, we always replicate the method used by the manufacturer.
We offer the best possible measurement uncertainties for your calibration. At the moment we are the only service provider in Europe able to offer an ISO17025 accredited calibration of the Kaye Validator.

A partnership built on validation and calibration
Our team has over a decade of experience working with Kaye equipment. Our Managing Director sold this product range throughout the UK and Ireland for over 25 years.
Since then, we’ve worked closely with the manufacturer to ensure our validators and calibrators can continue to assist all customers with their Kaye equipment validation and calibration. We deliver support with various technical queries and have since expanded our calibration service to allow for onsite services. We appreciate that some of our customers have a requirement to have their calibration performed on-site.
