The AiroSensor leads a new generation of ultra low power, wireless temperature data loggers. The temperature data logger with external probe model has an expansive temperature range of -200°C up to +200°C, allowing you to monitor at really low and high temperatures. It also allows you to monitor the ambient temperature at the same time, through the data loggers built in sensor, whilst the wireless probe monitors the inside of the asset.
The data logger and its pt-100 probe provides reliable, secure and automatic data which can be accessed on your smart device. The easy to use, robust, wireless loggers are set up in under 10 minutes, offer a 10-year battery life and do not require 'backing up'. Alarm settings can be easily set to suit individual requirements and provide instant warnings via Email or SMS. Reporting and quality compliance is a breeze using the intuitive, free software and report templates.
Hermetically sealed model (fully submersible temperature probe)
This hermetically sealed pt-100 smart probe featuring a digital SenseAnywhere Bus interface has been engineered for measuring extreme temperatures in liquids. The hermetic seal is made of PFA (Teflon®) which has a high level of chemical resistance and also makes it a fully submersible temperature probe with class IP68 protection. The probe can resist in aggressive substances, allowing it to take measurements in practically all liquid fluids while being constantly submerged.
The pt100 element has a Class A accuracy; measurements are provided at a very high accuracy level. The hermetically sealed pt100 probe offers a simple and efficient solution for applications where the sensor needs to be protected from liquids and moisture. The probe measures between a temperature range of -90˚C to +250˚C allowing for use in hot, cold, wet and corrosive environments within the industrial and biological processes.
The hermetically sealed probe is constructed in a four-wire 5-meter-long cable, providing a lot of give for applications that require longer distances. The probe can also be used in minute spaces, only a 3mm gap is needed to place the probe. The probe is attached to a SenseAnywhere AiroSensor model 20-20-43 meaning data is recorded the same way and are available at any time, any place in the SAClient cloud portal.
The hermetically sealed pt100 probe can be calibrated because the electronics in the connector is the instrument used to determine the measured value. This means that only the Hermetically Sealed Pt100 Probe needs to be calibrated, not the AiroSensor model 20-20-43 to which it is connected for reliable measurements.
