Kaye Product Calibration

We provide both in house and onsite service and calibration for the vast majority of the Kaye range, this can include the Validator 2000, Sensor Input Modules, Digi-strips, Net-pacs, Temperature reference baths (i.e. LTR, HTR, CTR) and Valprobes.  We pride ourselves on our quality, accuracy and flexibility and ensuring the downtime to your equipment is kept to a minimum.

Validator 2000 and Sensor Input Modules (SIMs)

• As Found and As Left, with adjustment
• 36 Input Channel Test
• Internal Clock Battery Check and Free Replacement when required
• Power Loss Test

HTR Temperature Reference Baths

• Full ramp cycle over the full temperature range
• As Found calibration at 100, 200, 300 & 400 deg C 
• 4-point calibration with adjustment 
• As Left calibration at 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350 & 400 deg C 
• Well to well uniformity 
• Stability check at 200 deg C 
• Cut out test 

LTR Temperature Reference Baths

• Full ramp cycle over the full temperature range
• As Found calibration at -25, 0, 75 & 140 deg C
• 4-point calibration with adjustment
• As Left calibration at -25, 0, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 & 140 deg C
• Well to well uniformity
• Stability check at 121 deg C
• Cut out test
